These terms apply to use of the website and to contact, booking, meet-and-greet and CPC requests submitted through it.
Website requests are not automatic confirmations
Submitting a form records a request for review. A booking, appearance, meet-and-greet arrangement, CPC request or other service is not confirmed solely because a website form has been submitted. Availability, requirements, pricing, payment arrangements and confirmation are communicated separately.
Information you provide
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and request information and for having authority to provide it.
Talent and event availability
Talent, dates, venues and requested arrangements are subject to availability and change. Website content does not guarantee that a particular person, date, price or arrangement will be available.
Invoices and payment
Payment should only be made according to payment instructions shown on the specific invoice issued for your request. Payment evidence does not by itself prove that funds were received. A payment is treated as verified only after Admin records verification and, where applicable, issues a receipt.
Billing changes
Where legitimate additional costs arise, Admin may add a new bill item or adjustment to the same invoice with a stated reason. The invoice keeps its revision and history so the client can see the complete billing record in one place.
CPC applications
CPC applications are requests for review. Application submission, invoice generation or payment does not by itself constitute approval, issuance or dispatch. Fulfilment progress is tracked separately.
Service communications
Transaction-specific conditions may be provided in written communications, invoices, agreements, receipts or tracking updates.
